“Competitive pricing but, ordered on a Saturday, as nothing was received got in contact after a week. Surprise received notification of despatch some three hours later and a week after the order was placed. Later a response to my original email, no apology just well it has been sent. Pointed out the 'Coming Soon' Gravitrax Pro add on dispenser was not a new item but the Extension Mixer which is erroneously illustrated on the website as the Extension Helix. No response to any subsequent emails. Please get pictures to match items.”
