“Second time I’ve made an order and both have not turned up, had to chase them both times to find out what was going on to be told they don’t have the items. Annoying that nobody was checking if orders are being sent on time and updating customers on this. Happy to take money straight away but don’t deliver. Still waiting for the other half of my order which I was assured wouldn’t be far off, but again having to chase them on this. Made it clear this was a birthday gift!”

“I ordered the Ragtales Tooth Fairy, which was very cute and arrived quite promptly. Trying to actually speak to a member of the Toy Street time was a little time consuming and a little disappointing. Other than that, I will probably use this company again.”
