“Customer Service went above and beyond to help me make a Christmas ‘miracle’. I was replacing a very sentimental lost soft rabbit and had to get the right colour in the hope my child would not notice it was a replacement. The right colour rabbit arrived and I can’t tell you how happy our family was to be reunited with an ‘old friend’. Delivery was quick and prices were very reasonable. Well worth the switch from Amazon to get personalised help and support a local company.”

“Terrible service. Ordered one thing and something different came. I was then advised that as it was in the same collection it was the same thing. Which is strange as one was a train and the other a truck. Very poor customer service. Because of the issue I was offered a very small discount if I spent a further £40. My initial purchase was only £20. Not really compensation when you are gaining more than the customer! Won’t be back.”
