“Toy arrived well packaged but spoilt the surprise with ‘Toy Street’ printed on the tape in large letters on the box! My daughter saw the box delivered unfortunately so she knew it was for her! Good service other than that & pleased with the game.”

“Although paid extra for next day delivery it did not arrive, nor did a tracking number. ordered on Thursday afternoon and arrived Monday morning. phoned twice to chase, very apologetic and offered partial refund on delivery charge.”

“The delivery and communication was great. The only problem I have is that the toy that was advertised and that I thought I had purchased was not what arrived. It appears to be in the wrong colour. It's pictured as gold but silver arrived. My son already has the silver one bought from another seller so I'll be returning it.”
