We absolutely love the air fryer, it’s simple to use and big enough to cook quite a large chicken. Unfortunately we had only had it just over four weeks when the bulb went. What’s the problem you might say? I am quite a handy guy a round the house a retired engineer but when I looked to see where the bulb was situated it was quite inaccessible, a crazy design. What made matters worst I could not find any information on how to change the bulb, I tried ringing “Customer Support “ that was a total waste of time, apparently due to the popularity of the product there was no one available to speak to, I guess bulbs were popping left right and centre. Halogen bulbs are renowned for blowing hence you would think they would have made it easy to change. Daft as it seems I ended up taking the fryer back to Argos who were brilliant and changed it straight away. How ridiculous to have to take something back because the bulb had gone. So Tower please give instructions on how to change the bulb!

When our products are designed we always consider our customers safety as a priority - as a result some of the parts within our products are sealed units. I cannot comment on this sealing ring it doesn't fit my pressure cooker even though I paid extra for next day delivery it didn't arrive until 3 days later ,very disappointed

Having investigated your comments I can see your order was delivered earlier than expected. Your order was placed on Friday after the 24-hour cut-off time quoted on our website, with your order being delivered on Monday - some 24 hours earlier than scheduled. Being a bit older I found the icons on front too small to read. Instructions not vg...small.print..I got more info about air fryer on the Internet and once I had wat ched an Instruction video clip, it was easy to follow. Cooked roast potatoes on chips heat and they were perfect. Fruit loaf burnt on cake heat so I assume time and heat need to.b adjusted..3 out of 5

Disappointed really, the air fryer is slow to cook food. My old air fryer took 12m to cook frozen chips, the Tower takes 25m. Customer service response was poor saying all air Fryers are different. If I had knew this before I wouldn't of purchased this one. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Arrived with scratches all over the touchscreen panel. Customer service was very slow to respond. Instruction booklet v unclear. Esp with regards to how to use the inserts. Think we have figured it out but customer experience could deffo be better

Trays were fine BUT they wasn’t the same size as the original tray that was with the air fryer when purchased so they don’t fit the sides properly - they’re smaller - I have to use the metal mesh shelves and put tray on top!

The cordless steam iron is good, but doesn't quite glide like the best irons. It's also a bit of a fiddle to place onto the charger while ironing, and the charger uses up space on the ironing board. It also spits water. I think it has a couple of redesigns before it's great, but certainly good for the price.

Pleased with this purchase BUTTTT!!! the instructions are terrible. I have owned this for a month now and it’s still confusing me when I try to use both drawers at the same time.

If you want to make toasted deep fill sandwiches then you are going to find it messy. I have been trying to find a loaf of bread the slices are big enough to fill up to the inside edges of it and so far I cannot find one.

Great air fryer and delighted with it. However the lamp went after about 3 weeks. Very disappointed to be told by Tower that it is non replaceable and the oven was replaced under warranty (very quickly). Such a shame about not being able to replace a bulb. Fingers crossed this one does not blow the day after warranty expires!

Bought the Vortx 9 Litre Dual Basket Air Fryer as a Christmas present. It arrived in its original box (no courier safe packaging) in an opened state and was completely torn down one seam with other various major box damage. As this was delivered to a neighbour I was unable to reject it at the door. You cannot speak to Tower for love or money, everything has to be done through email. I sourced another one from another seller with next-day delivery (and a lot cheaper). The product itself is fine, it does what it says on the tin. Unfortunately, however, I can only give Tower Housewares three stars. I knocked one star off for the long-winded returns (got my refund the second week in January) and the other star was knocked off because of the courier they used (Evri), who does not seem to take care of what they are delivering. (Word to the wise: Try and avoid companies who use Evri, previously known as Hermes. They are awful, really awful. Read the Evri reviews on this site.)

The instructions for use are extremely basic and we think a more comprehensive booklet should be included with the purchase with some recipes/suggestions within. We are slowly getting to try different things but it is on a trial and error basis

Bought the Tower 5in1 11ltr air fryer in november.little or no instructions to help navigate the machine. Didn't realise the timer switch was not working, as I was nervous using it at first, until I DID realise the timer knob was not working after some burnt food!! Contacted retailer where I purchased they were unable to offer me a replacement model so gave me a full refund. Tower customer service said they could not offer a discount voucher for me to use and buy another ..... Thought it was the least they could have done, but obviously NOT! Am looking to replace air fryer as I did find it very good even thought the timer did not work.

Your Air Fryer was purchased via a 3rd Party Retailer and in the rare event of a fault we direct our customers back to the retailer where the product was purchase in line with the terms of the warranty. We have been unable to use our Tower 5 litre Tower Air Fryer, Digital Model Vortx T17089 (we think) because there was no handbook or recipe /guide included. The handbook provided was for a different model

Yes it looks BUT. Fault drawer on B side can’t close the drawer, emailed tower but all I got was will reply in 7 days. This isn’t good as cannot really use the unit. Awaiting answer !!!!!!!!
