“Brilliant customer service I had a couple of lids aririve with one lid broken, they went above and beyond to solve the problem and couldn't have been more apologetic. I bought the black diamond set of pans and you need not use oil in the frying pan because the no stick surface is 7 times better than normal Seriously impressed with these products and the customer service. There a must have in anyone kitchen and they look like they should cost double. Brilliant”

“It is with great pleasure that I express my utmost appreciation for the Xpress Pro Combo 10 in 1 kitchen appliance. Without a doubt, it stands as the finest culinary investment I have made in the past year . Since its arrival, our reliance on the conventional grill and oven has diminished significantly, if not entirely. My only regret lies in not having acquired this remarkable appliance sooner.”

“Good price. Delivery delayed by a day - no idea why - via Amazon. Beautiful piece of kitchen equipment that I have yet to try out. A 3 year guarantee but nowhere seen to activate it!”
