“Within a week of purchasing a cordless vacuum the accessories holder broke. I telephoned Tower and explained to SOPHIE that I was aware that the retailer would exchange the vacuum. But as the vacuum wasn't faulty and I really only needed such a small spare part "Would it be possible to post the replacement part out to me?" Within an hour and a couple of emails later SOPHIE had organised this. How refreshing to find someone that works in customer service who goes above and beyond. So THANK YOU Sophie, not only did you save your company a great deal of money you saved me a lot of hassle. You're a super star!”

“I have recently had a problem with my new kettle ,I sent an Email along with a photograph to customer services, I quickly received a most understanding and friendly reply from a young Lady called Amy,she resolved the issue immediately,her customer care was excellent a credit to The Tower company .many thanks .”

“Every bit as stylish on the kitchen counter as it looks online. I recently purchased the Cavaletto (Black/Rose Gold) package consisting of a microwave, kettle, toaster and 3 x storage canisters. It's immediately given the kitchen a much-needed facelift and it as well as being reasonably priced, all of the appliances perform well. Highly recommend!”

“Tower toastie maker, deep fill. Great purchase. Follow the instructions on conditioning and cleaning and you can’t go wrong. Cooking time of course depends on fillings used but our first ever cheese and onion was spot on. Don’t worry about size of bread, ours is home made and turns out slightly smaller than a regular loaf but it really doesn’t matter 5*.”

“Bought the Tower 3.5 litre slow cooker really pleased looks nice bought the black and rose gold like the fact it has 2 settings and a keep warm function easy to use and easy to clean only used once so far but recipe was fab 10/10 would recommend.”

“I have only had a short time but I'm loving it food is crispy and moist on the inside cooks in less time and I bought the cook book so going to try recipes in that hadn't realised how versatile air fryers are and I like the window and the light so you can see food cooking”
