“Unfortunately the lids on the chlorine shock and granules were both broken. I would therefore suggest better packaging. I did not complain as I could see none of the product was missing.”

“I ordered this time online but was not impressed with the person that answered the telephone when I previously tried to make an order over the telephone. Have always used Swimming Pool Chemicals and have found their service to be good. Just not happy with the lady on the phone - her manner was exremely abrupt and quite rude - making a telephone order should be acceptable because not everyone uses the internet for making purchases”

“Did not receive delivery within time stated called 12 June and was advised they attempted on 6th and 9th June but couldn't find address. No one called or emailed to advise of failed delivery”

“Always a prompt delivery, and everything has been fine - up to now. I simply cannot remove the lid of the large container of pH+. I emailed last week, but haven't had a reply. my pool pH is down at 7.0. My only option now is to cut the lid off.”

“Running an in-ground swimming pool has become considerably more expensive and would appreciate better offers for regular customers. Also, why has the old 500 gram shock treatment packets been replaced by 300 gram packets; 500 gram dose was ideal for the size of my pool - now I have to use two 300 gram packs obviously at increased cost.”

“Quick delivery however the packaging of delivery is poor. Same as previous delivery the chemical tub was damaged as containers were stacked when packaged for delivery. I have requested a replacement container to empty the chemicals into.”

“Product excellent, service considerate, delivery appalling. Parcelforce didnt deliver, eventually dumping the parcel at a post office in a village 7 miles from me, rather than the one just down the road.”

“I have been ordering the multi functional tablets for a while now & they are very good, however my latest order I was not very happy with the new packaging, it’s now in a plastic bag & in a plastic bucket, the overpowering toxic fumes when you open the bag is so bad, they used to be a handful in individual small sealed bags, I won’t be ordering again if they continue to provide it in this packaging. Shame 😟”
