“The order arrived in one day despite it being a 48 hour delivery. Unfortunately the chlorine testing strips had an expiry date of July 2023. However new ones were sent and arrived the next day after I pointed out the error. I have been a customer fo probably more than 20 years and have always receieved good service and this ws the only mistake.”

“Ordering from this company was straightforward and the price for the item was competitive and for that I'm happy. The only option I had regarding shipping was parcelforce48 which I paid £7.50. I wouldn't have minded but in the end my item was received after 5 days opposed to within 2. Upon contacting Parcelforce they stated my property had been marked as inaccessible which was not true. Having cleared this up the item was till not delivered the following day.”

“First year i was given a dud. Chlorine shock must be from last year as it did not bring up the chlorine levels of the pool. Initially I thought it was the test strips they sold me first. But the next day i tested the chlorine granules and they seemed fine. The reason I stuck with this company is that over the last 3 years the product was always excellent. If you buy at amazon you often get last years product. Chlorine has to be freshly produced, just like coffee.”

“The products and service are good but it is a shame that the invoice first provided is not VAT compliant. All that is required is the inclusion of the company's VAT number which would save having to request a revised invoice”

“Brilliant chemical granuales but packing tub is almost impossible to open which would stop many customers from ordering. How are we supposed to open it.?Is there a special tool.? I am a very practical person with a workshop but I hate opening a new tub!. Alan Chandler”

“The service is 2nd to none, but I really hate the new containers. You cannot open them without swearing (and that’s a lot of swearing). Impossible to open.”
