“I would normally be more positive but on this occasion I thought your customer service was lacking. I made an order for one product, but realised an hour so later I needed something else and asked via email for it to be added to the order. The email response was that this was too complicated and I would need to make a separate order and thus incur additional postage charges. In the time it took to tell me this you could have amended the order your end.”

Hi, thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service this time. Unfortunately at the time we were experiencing an unprecedented amount of orders that our warehouse were desperately trying to pack and send out the same day so we were unable to amend any during that period I'm afraid. Usually if it is possible for us to change an order before it has been dispatched we will happily do so but during busier times this is not always likely. “Always has excelled service. My only reservation is a very steep carriage charge on orders under £70 I have just need a small item under £20. I purchased elsewhere slightly mor expensive but no charge for next day delivery.”

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear this. We have been experiencing an unprecendented number of orders due to the good weather recently. Although we endeavour to pack and deliver these orders within 24 hours this is not always possible. However any orders not fulfilled during that time would be prioritised the following day which yours was. Apologies again that it wasn't received the next day. Many thanks

“Well packaged, and would have been prompt delivery had the order not been delivered to another house nearby whose house name is similar, despite me emphasising the essential difference and it appearing on the label. The neighbour kindly brought the goods to me when he arrived home, several days later. Not good enough, if couriers don't pay attention to instructions.”

“Product is fine but "next working day delivery" by DHL was 3 days late ie ordered on Saturday, delivered Friday. No contact was made with tracking info via phone or email by DHL. Delivery was eventually 3 days late and only after repeated enquiries.”

“Items delivered in good time. Dispenser ordered is a bit flimsy and i'm not sure dosing slide opening will work as it seems very loose. Unsure if it's defective or just poor design. Didn't cost much i guess.”

Hi, thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you're not 100% happy with our service. I've had a look into this and can see you ordered on Saturday evening. Unfortunately we are only open Monday-Friday so you're order will have been dispatched on Monday for next working day delivery on Tuesday which the tracking says it was delivered then. “Product seems to be fine, but I called to chase the next day delivery that I paid for & spoke to someone who would check and get back to me, she didn't 2 later my product arrived late, no explanation and payment for next day delivery taken!”

Hi, thank you for your review, we are very sorry to hear it arrived a day later than expected. I have checked the DHL parcel tracking and it looks like they had a slight delay so it didn't arrive on the 6th as planned but was successfully delivered on the 7th. We apologise for the inconvenience caused!

“Very good and prompt delivery. Sadly the product has done nothing to clean the pool lining as was promised. I will try again, after trying to clean and rubbing with a proper sponge for a long time, but despair that I have wasted my money.”

“SPC seems to have changed a lot over the past couple of seasons! The web site has changed and not so good in ease of use! Prices seem to have increased and I note the prices all seem to been rounded up to 99p! But SPC are just about competing on quality and price with Amazon diect suppliers -”

“Chemicals arrived as described. Was promised a free gift for spending over £40, but did not get provided with an opportunity to choose, very misleading. Would probably use amazon in future as the kits you can purchase through them are much more convenient, delivery is most likely faster with prime too.”

Hi Zac, thanks for your review. On some devices the security pop up blockers block our free gifts selection window from showing but this doesn't mean you can't have one! I'll send you an email so you can choose the one you'd like and we can send out for you. As for the kits on Amazon, I'd double check what you are getting as a lot of places are selling them with less quantities so it may not be as good a deal as what they are advertising. Plus with Amazon, you don't get the chemical advice which we are able to give as we are swimming pool specialists. Our delivery is next day. Hope that helps, Kind regards, Jayne

“You forgot to send my free pack of replacement butterfly clips. Please recommend for other people not to order 20 kg. of chlorine tablets as they are too heavy for old people.”
