“Aweful, frankly. I've ordered from you for years, previously delivered very efficiently by Parcel Force who have simply left the chemicals on the step if we were out. Their delivery advice said no signature was required however on Tuesday they simply left a card saying no reply, similarly on Wednesday. We requested delivery for Friday which was confirmed by Parcel force, to a neighbour who stayed in all day but no show. Similarly Saturday. Website now just shows pending. I now have no idea whether, if ever it will appear. Even then where? To me or to my neighbour. Basically I will be asking for a full refund from you and request that you use a different carrier if I ever order from you again.... which I am obviously cautious to do now. Great shame because up until now I have been very please with your service.”

“The products and service are good but it is a shame that the invoice first provided is not VAT compliant. All that is required is the inclusion of the company's VAT number which would save having to request a revised invoice”

“24 hour ParcelForce delivery was a shambles. They told me they would deliver Friday 19/09 between 7.30am and 11.20am. Did not arrive and their tracking service continued to give the same message until 10.57am on Monday 22/09 when it changed to say between 10.00am and 2.45pm that day. Parcel was delivered early afternoon.”
