“I thought I had ordered 1 x alkalinity builder and 1 x pH increaser but I received 2 x pH increaser. Could you check please as I remember selecting one of each. I therefore still require the alkalinity product”

“I have only just received them. They were thrown into the wrong garden by the delivery driver. The plastic case has been damaged I have not used the product yet. Not happy with delivery”

“i thought the postage and package was rather expensive considering how light and small our order was. Also the delivery was made to the porch of a neighbour 100metres away up our steep lane. then I received a photo of the parcel in the neighboursopen porch. We were in that morning and have a very loud door bell”

Hi, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our delivery charge this time. Unfortunately, as we can only use DHL to send all our chemicals out, this is what their standard charge is for postage per parcel so we have no choice on this I'm afraid. “I have used swimming pool chemicals for a few years now and find the products a good standard good quality and overall good delivery service I feel the cost has increased and of delivery charge high especially when my order was £74 if iI went direct to jacuzzi direct I would get cheaper and delivery free with order over £50 Which I feel this may sway my ordering next time kind regards Stephen Kenyon”

Hi Stephen, Thanks for your review. We try to keep our prices as low as we can. However, due to price increases from our suppliers, as well as the supply shortage of chlorine, we have unfortunately had to increase our prices. We have also had to increase the delivery charge to cover the costs from our courier company. Should the market change in the future, we will revisit our prices accordingly. “The delivery was much slower than usual. It has always been so quick in the past. Judging by the messages I received I believe this was due to the courier rather than your despatch end, but thought you should be aware. Otherwise all good”

Hi Jonathan, Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery service. Our delivery is usually 1-2 working days, with 95% of orders delivered the next day. Occasionally, delivery can take longer due to courier delays, which is unfortunately out of our control. We pass all delivery feedback over to our courier, to hopefully reduce delays in the future. Hi, thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery service this time. I have looked into this for you and unfortunately as you ordered after our 3pm cut off for same day dispatch on Wednesday 13th April, your order wouldn't have been dispatched until Thursday 14th. Our standard delivery is 1-2 working days so with the bank holiday weekend, it will have been expected delivery either Tuesday 19th or Wednesday 20th so this was in fact delivered on time by DHL. “Delivery very prompt and overall good value but disappointed that prices quoted on website were VAT free and that VAT is only added at check out - rather underhand I thought when trying to compare prices with other sites”

“The bromine balance testing comparator kit was a good price but the disks are difficult to turn in the comparator, bit flimsy. Chemicals arrived promptly. Nice free gift haven’t used yet.”
