“late delivery”

“The chemicals were ordered on 27.12.16 and not received until well into January. The 'next day' delivery took three days from the first e.mail advising that they had been collected and were en route to the depot. It was however just after xmas and I guess the google warehouse was being fully restocked with returns. No harm done.”

“My ordered was placed and got a free item but what come not what I ordered ? We have lot of hot tubs for our rentals and getting more all the time so need to mak things easy”

“I have always had problems with Yodel locating my property and this delivery was no exception. In spite of advising an alternative post code and providing my mobile number it was a week before my goods arrived. The service I received from Jayne Rose however was exceptional.”

“Postage high, only own small lay z spa, so spending Ã‚Â£60 is rather difficult. Also your website is not optimised for ipads! this is a must in this day and age! Overall happy and will use again.”

“Service from website is good but delivery by Hermes is poor and slow, never next day as promised even though the order is placed early in the morning - disappointing”

“Not your fault but Yodel had 2 failed delivery attempts because they went to the wrong address so the chemicals were in transit for a week which was frustrating!! pool chemicals did all they could to help but Yodel were awful and very difficult to contact”

“Your side of things was excellent, your site and ordering process are pretty slick, I've only rated it average 'cause Yodel were *rubbish*. Yodel failed to deliver next day and their tracking" was as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Is said "with courier" from 10:00 am and eventually at around 9:20 pm is said back at service centre. That's a day of my life I won't be getting back.”
