“I enquired through the website after googling my options to get a branded wallplanner. They responded quickly and within a couple of days we had signed off a fantastic wallplanner in our company colours. They weren't needed until November but delivery was still quick and we received them within one week of my first enquiry. The paper quality is better than I expected and I'm excited to see how our clients react when they receive them!”

“I'm very happy with the service provided by Total Merchandise. Quick to reply, Amy and Sekinat are always here to help and are really proactive even when I ask for a product they don't sell or I bother them with last minute changes. Products are always delivered on time or even before the deadline, with no bad surprises, they look as good as what has been approved. I always go back to Total Merchandise when I need new promotional items as I know I can count on them, this is a very reliable company !”
