“I was really impressed with the support provided and the efficiency of everything, thank you. My only suggestion for improvement is to include more beginner-friendly language, as I have not ordered Merchandise before and I was unsure of several words. But my overall experience was good and the Merchandise looks great!”

“Perfect service only marred by the delivery couriers who consistently expected our offices to be open in the evenings rather than the day time. After a change of couriers, finally received and happy with the order.”

“I have been using you over the years, when working for various companies! I have ordered some printed noted pads for internal use on this occasion. We had some delivery issues due to DPD but Hayley was really helpful and went above and beyond, she kept me updated as to what was happening and communicated between DPD and myself to ensure my order eventually arrived. Thank you :)”

“Whilst using the services of Total Merchanside, my main contact was Elizabeth Burrows who was very helpful and attentive, there were a few issues and bumps with sign off on our side but she handled it very well and tended to our every need. If later down the line we require more branded material, I know where I will begin my search.”

“Very happy with the pens, only reason this is not a 5 star review was the way the sale was handled. My order was taken then an hour or so later I received an email saying that you had missed something and the agreed price had increased considerably without even consulting me. I had to then chase this and eventually cancel my order, it wasn't until I did this that the price reverted back. Felt it was a bit underhand, to be honest but everything else was very good and the end product was great.”

“They were definitely the most affordable company around and I would say they were good value for money but there were a few errors with my orders and things took a bit longer than expected but total merchandise rectified all of this (including reprints at no extra cost) in time and even offered free redrawing service so all in all I was satisfied with the experience.”
