“Initially I had the feeling I was in best hands. But there were so many people to relate with on thesame order, / many emails regarding invoices etc. Consequently, details were lost in trails and had to be repeated over and over again. Surprised that not much effort/ initiative went into helping to get a very descent artwork. I praise you for neat printing & sending order on time !”

“I was on a very tight timescale to deliver and Joanna was brilliant at trying hard to hit our delivery schedule and also researching an alternative option if it was need to fall back on it. Excellent customer service throughout and my client was very happy with the product, which they received on time for their event. I will certainly be recommending and using Total Merchandise again. “I had an urgent order for an upcoming event that had been arranged very quickly, I was keen have some appropriate merchandise and Total Merchandise advertised that their normal delivery was 10 working days which was perfect for me as I had 11 working days. I advised this in my initial contact and I was duly responded to within an hour initially. Having spoken to the first member of staff I was happy that I had made a great choice of supplier, every member of staff I dealt with, whether it was at the telephone or via text/Email, was totally professional and delivered on everything that they had promised. The goods duly turned up ahead of time and were perfect. Thank you all at Total Merchandise for a very pleasurable experience.”
