“I have used TM for the last two years since opening my new, 'one man' business. I dont have a massive budget but still want quality with any products I send out to clients and good Customer Service is essential for me. With TM I get both. They are competitive and always happy to try and sort out issues or answer queries no matter how daft! I will continue to use them for as long as I continue to receive this service from them. Well done guys!”

“Delighted with Total Merchandise. Requested a quote and had a call from an excellent friendly and responsive sales rep within minutes. Listened to my requirements and turned round a proof of concept within hours. Our order of pens came through within a week and looked better than our previous orders from an alternative provider, and at a lower price. Better yet, we saved a good £200-300 on top, as our past provider was quoting a 22% price increase for the same product just 12 months on! That provider didn’t even respond when I asked them to justify the price hike. Suffice to say, Total Merchandise will be our first choice moving forward.”

“A little bit difficult to setup the process at the beginning (due to various issues such as prepayment requirement & non-delivery to Greece) but now is running smoothly. Hope it continues like that.”
