Hello Sir, We are really sorry to hear that the goods were not delivered on time and you are not happy with the quality. I have looked into this for you with our Sales Team and can see that we sent you an art proof to approve on the 13th which was changed and then not approved by you until the 18th, this will delay the order in the print queue I am afraid and I believe you were notified of this. Regarding the quality of the goods, could you please let me know what the issue is so that I can look into it as this is one of our best selling lines. Many thanks, The TM Management Team.

“Prices were good but I found the staff very unhelpful. They were slow to respond and didn't provide all requested information, so I ended up having to rush decisions and didn't have any opportunity to tweak the design. As a result the text on our pens is much smaller than ideal. I will try elsewhere next time, looking for good customer service as a priority.”

“Sales order process took over a week. Passed from one account manager to another and requirements getting mixed up. No willingness to secure new business or flexibility in ordering. Lack of comms. I had to continuously chase for updates.”

“Very good service and great communication with Leah Jamieson, she was quick at replies and very helpful. I was just told the products have to be delivered to the address on where the payment card was registered which gave us a delay and we missed an exhibition.. When dealing with big companies, sometimes you have to be flexible...”

“Merchandise turned up in time for the event that we needed it for but only because I had to keep chasing up the artwork etc as despite an email advising that the artwork would be with us within 48 hours when I returned form leave a week later we had still not received it. I also had to chase my initial quotes as only received one and not the 2 requested. When I decided to place an order I emailed yourselves and attached an official order which had the relevant details on of what we had ordered and delivery address but I still continued to get emails asking for confirmation of information that was on the PO which leads me to believe that this was not even looked at! Quality of product appears to be OK and I am happy with the print quality as well.”

“No Total Merchandise did not make me happy. The product was acceptable, it was not what l was expecting, had to make do with what l received because of timing. Delivery was a stressful, the day confirmed for delivery was not the day it was delivered. Had to keep chasing up because the items was to go abroad. It was a stressful experience in totality.”

“Helped us complete the order after our other supplier let us down at the last minute. Order processed quickly and refunds for the below quality checked items easily rectified. Would recommend to others and will be using Total Merchandise in the future.”
