“We have visited many stores over the last 9 months trying to find the right small but extendable table for a long thin new kitchen extension. One very wet and rainly Sunday, an internet search said there was a furniture outlet in Uttoxeter, about 10 miles from where we live. Hidden on an industrial estate was an absolute gem of a showroom. Well stocked, only two staff, who were very knowledgable and helpful, but left us alone to peruse and discuss and then finally choose solid oak, quality producys with which we could not be more pleased. Delivery was great, table and chairs perfect in every way. Such a great find, and so nice to feel and see a product before chancing your arm with an unseen online purchase. Grreat experience and service - thank you”

“Very disappointed with the finish of the items I received. Basically, it’s a case of what the eyes can’t see. The response from their customer service was very quick- We politely mention that the concealed areas of the items will not be finished to the same standard as the areas on display,”
