“Very pleased with the furniture, the delivery men very helpful. The main downside was waiting nearly 3 months for the stock to arrive isn't good. Also the delivery date was pushed back but no one advised us of this, we had to chase up what was happening, and we did get conflicting information.”

“Our TV stand is both beautiful and well made from “real” wood, the backing is hardboard and very easy to drill if needed for more plug sockets. Ordering and delivery was very easy and more importantly on time. I found their staff to be polite and extremely helpful. Excellent product and Excellent customer service. Would 100% Purchase from them in the future.”

“Furniture ordered on two separate occasions. First furniture ordered was for lounge and second order for bedroom’s. The furniture is quality and we would not hesitate to recommend this company. Contacted us to organise a suitable delivery date and delivered on agreed date at the time given. Different delivery men on each order and on both occasions the delivery men were pleasant and helpful and had no issues whatsoever taking order upstairs.”

“What can I say, except, brilliant piece of furniture. I have definitely, 100%, never, ever going to purchase self assembled furniture again. Absolutely no comparison. The style of my beautiful chest of drawers is exactly what I wanted. The colour is spot on, but most of all the quality of this piece of furniture is awsome. I am one very happy person. “Bedroom furniture of good standard. Received a polite call on 3 hour delivery time. Furniture arrived today , driver refused to take delivery upstairs, was going to leave in small hall way. My partner , then said she would need to call head office . They then decided to carry upstairs , left mud on bedroom carpet as wouldn’t take shoes off. Called customer service, who basically said It was up to the delivery guys and they couldn’t guarantee, goods would be carried upstairs. Obvious question, why don’t Tops employ/hire drivers they do carry items upstairs , surely that’s a standard requirement. On that basis , won’t be using Tops again.”

“First class service from moment of order. Personal call received to arrange a convenient delivery date. Small 3 hour window for delivery which was most convenient. Prior to delivery of goods I received a phone call from driver that delivery would be within 10 mins and they duly complied. First class service from start to finish and goods delivered were as described. More than happy with goods and service received.”
