“Looks good only problem is inside the drawers there is a block of rough wood which snags clothes when you try to get an item out”

“It took forever to arrive,yes I knew there was going to be a delayed delivery on my item ,but it went well past the ETA and when I rang to ask how long it was going to take to get to me , nobody had the faintest idea !”

“The piece of furniture I bought is very good quality. However I was disappointed that the guys who delivered it wouldn’t help me take it out of the box and lift it into position. I live alone and the reason I bought from Top furniture was because I didn’t have to build it myself. I do think the policy should be to help customers take it out of the box and position it”

“Looked at various sites for all ready built furniture and came across 'Tops', the prices were reasonable. I ordered 4 pieces from the talouse range in white for my living room. Waited quite a while for delivery but that was due to waiting on one item. The furniture was well packaged with no damage and delivered as advised. The furniture feels and looks solid so I am very happy with my purchase”

“Customer Service was excellent, friendly and polite. They dealt with a query we had with an item out of stock and this was resolved straight away. The delivery of the furniture was on time, contacted us an hour before arrival. Very helpful, difficult to manoeuvre furniture as very narrow hall way, however, with a lot of hard grafting the two men managed to get furniture into lounge without any damage. Quality furniture and would highly recommend buying from this company. Looking now for bedroom furniture from this company. Thankyou”
