“I have given 5 stars to Top Furniture Dartford store because they were very helpful in helping us to choose our Table. We were told we would have to wait for our delivery with an estimated time of around three months because of COVIDS.It arrived exactly when estimated plus on the time specified”

“Am very pleased with the service and delivery from Top Furniture. We bought 4 leather chairs from the bargain basement for £60 each - all very slightly marked and needing a wash but otherwise OK. Also, free delivery from Staffs to Cheshire - how good is that? So, I recommend.”

“Terrible customer service. Furniture developed faults after 14 months. Screws were pushing through the tops. The tops were melting. A table lamp is stuck tight as it has melted into the top. This company blamed my cleaning. Took no responsibility whatsoever. Refused to come and look. This happened to 4 different pieces of furniture all from the same range. Wouldn’t recommend this company. I will be reporting to trading standards.”
