“The actual piece of furniture is fantastic however I purposely bought from this retailer as it said that they would deliver the item to a specific room - as it was a large solid wood piece I needed this as I can not lift it upstairs to my daughters room alone - when it was delivered the gentleman asked where I wanted it and when I said upstairs he said that he couldn’t do that as he wasn’t insured, when I said that it said he could when I ordered he said “loads of people say that but we can’t “ I feel very misled and had the item sitting in my living room for nearly a week until I could get some people to help me lift it - I would never have ordered if that was the case as I knew I couldn’t manoeuvre it upstairs alone!”

“Well packed and delivered right on time. The front is excellent but the back is poorly made with uneven cutting and chips out of the base where the back joins the bottom . Not as good quality as I hoped .Having said that it looks nice and appears sturdy .”

“Lovely item, and an excellent delivery service. Delivered to the room we needed. Called a few days before to confirm the delivery day and approximate time. The kitchen dresser is beautiful, and very well made. One of those really solid pieces of furniture that will last generations.”

“Furniture (two small lamp tables) arrived promptly and securely packed. The light oak finish was excellent and was improved further when I gave it a wax finish using beeswax polish. The wax finish will go some way to preventing future marking from cup etc”

“The chairs were exactly what we were looking for. Quite nervous about ordering online but we need not have worried! The company was excellent with customer care and keeping us updated. “Great product - can’t really believe the quality on offer at the price. As a keen wood worker myself, I was very happy with the build and ease of use - the additional leaf (x2) is such a clever concept and the ease of use with internal metal sliding rails is very clever. Highly recommended.”

“Very happy with our new dining chairs. Sturdy and well made. Had to wait a couple of months for them but well worth the wait. Also good there is a showroom near us as like to look at what we are buying.”

“I would have given 5/5 had it not been for the dire delivery! The service up to delivery is very good and the furniture is top quality. The office team suggested leaving my table in our shed as I was away for the weekend….only for the delivery men to DUMP the furniture outside my house! 😡 Luckily a neighbour saw the parcels and took them in altho heavy and large and stored them safely for the next two days! That spoilt the whole experience this time. Shame.”
