“Initial visit to shop great ,ordering online no problems, delivery of item delivered to door step as requested with filling a skip up and items on the stairs.once cleared I took upstairs with family .Phone company with problems with chipped paint ,scratches and broken runner ,customer service great was offered small discount to keep item but with no warranty decided for a replacement which came in an hour ,we took the item downstairs and the delivery drivers took the new one into the bedroom,I replaced one of the drawers with the first one but runners looked ok and overall as expected for price the unit is very sturdy with solid drawers.Very happy with product and overall staff sorting out problems. Will buy again from top furniture ,already have a much older dressing table and mirror from when my son Scott weeden (was redshaw worked there for his very first job ,thank you”
