“I'm writing a poor review on top Furniture, Because, I thought they came fully made!! As I'm disabled, this is why I ordered them , the table , chairs are sitting in my living room, from March and it is now end of April , And I still can't find anyone to put them together, without a big bill, . I wish I had gone elsewhere , who also said they come fully made.”

Hello, The Titan dining chairs that we delivered are fully assembled so if you open the boxes you can use the chairs immediately. These chairs are not flat pack. The dining table will require the legs screwing on in each corner as we wouldn't physically be able to deliver the table through your front door if we attempted to deliver them fully assembled. Sorry that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasions but no other retailer will deliver a dining table into your home fully assembled and we don't offer an assembly service at the moment. “My item was delivered, before the predicted date, well packed, by friendly helpful drivers. Although not the cheapest the quality of construction and attention to detail are superb. It is solid Oak the edges are rounded and the finish is good. All in all faultless. This was my first Top Furniture purchase and will be my go to place in future. We'll pleased.”

“Delivery was quick, the guys were lovely, jolly and helpful, taking the furniture upstairs. I had 2 bedside cabinets and a 2 over 2 chest of drawers from the Farmhouse range. When I unpacked it I wasn't disappointed, I absolutely love it. Will definitely be getting more. Thank you”

“Found you online but needed to see the goods. Happily I'm near the Dartford store. Your salesman knew the merchandise which was simply presented, clean and shiny. Managed expectations by over-quoting a little on delivery dates. So..helpful, knowledgeable, efficient. Your delivery people phoned beforehand, were uncomplaining at 4 flights of stairs,(no lift), and helpful. Your showroom price was a fiver more than online, bit cheeky! Well done from a retired furniture/beds salesman.”
