“Received the unit after very long wait as it was out of stock. Really pleased with delivery. The big gripe I have is the build quality and design of the shelves. When looking up at the shelves above eye height, (if sitting down) it becomes emediatly obvious it's not a solid wood shelf. All the crude construction of the shelf is on show and looks dreadful. This needs to be addressed as it let's the whole unit down. Is it not possible to supply a shelf with the same finish on both sides of the shelf? Sales team wasn't interested in addressing this major disappointment.”

“I ordered the shoe cabinet. The delivery experience was disappointing. Only one delivery driver instead of two (as advertised). So I was left with a heavy box just inside my front door. Thankfully the item wasn’t fully assembled (as advertised) so once unboxed it was light enough to pick up and move into the house. Before leaving a review, I emailed the delivery team and also phoned and left a VM just to check my understanding around delivery, alas no one replied. However, all that said, the product itself is amazing quality and also a beautiful piece of furniture. The delivery experience still wouldn’t prevent me from ordering again.”
