“Really polite, friendly staff. A pleasure to deal with. Products came as ordered. No issues delivering to my address, which can be complicated as it’s across a railway line. A word of warning though. Plan well in advance, as orders can take between 3-5 working days to process.”

We have literally list 1000's of products and to always have the right amount of stock available whenever required is just not possible. We quote 3-5 days as we can usually get any out-of-stock items dispatched within this timescale. Many, many orders are received and dispatched the same day, if we promised next-day delivery we would have more disappointed customers.
