“I bought a 10litre tub of Wethertex AP77 Flexible Smooth Masonry Paint from Tools-Paint.com. It was delivered within a couple of days and was very well packaged with no leaks. The Weathertex AP77 paint coverage is as described and I found it was very easy to apply using a large brush. Even with a single coat on a prevously pained wall it applied well and did not require a second coat. Time will tell how well it lasts - hence only the 4 stars.”

Hi Geraldine, Thanks for your positive feedback and comments on the P&P. I hope that you agree, the package was safely packed, wrapped and sufficient bomb-proof to ensure even the most ardent carrier could not "mess-with-it". We use Parcelforce in many instances and as a result, it is a little more expensive that others BUT it arrives on-time, in full and in one-piece 😏. I could show you the burnt fingers from experience with other cheaper carriers, all claiming 99.87% on-time deliveries. Why when experienced, we fall into the 0.13% of failings in a mystery 😃😄😅😁😂🤣. The whole team appreciate your feedback and time given to leave it. We all hope to see you shopping with us again very soon.

The goods were dispatched Tuesday 27/5/2025 but did not arrive next day as anticipated, arriving 29/5/2025. I am sorry for this delay. The four-star rating is fully justified, hopefully we will be given another chance to supply you and gain that extra star next time. “Really happy with my order . I ordered mainly tools and all came within 4 days . Really good value considering it was cheaper than most competitors. Only slight criticism is using parcel force as your courier. They never leave a parcel even if you instruct them too and find they are very rude. Just my opinion though .”

Hi Karl, Thanks for your comments and valuable feedback reference the carriers. It is always a tough choice on carriers, cheap usually equates to delay, damage or failure to deliver. We have tried most if not all carriers and Parcelforce "generally" speaking seem to get it right first time "with straight-forward" deliveries. It all goes a bit South when you ask/expect/request some flexibility 😮. Your four-star rating is conceded as fair as you have experienced some difficulties with the carrier, we will take solace that it wasn't a two or three star rating due to damage or delay 🤣🤣🤣. “I ordered 4 cans of Cuprinol. They arrived, on time, in two parcels. The parcels arrived in good shape but two of the cans were quite bent, although, fortunately, they werent leaking. The use by date was towards the end of 2028, which I thought good. I dont know who made the delivery as we were out at the time.The packages were left in our designated place.”
