“Very happy with the table saw. The whole order process was quick and easy to understand. What stops me giving a 5 star review is that it was delivered 1hr 30 mins after the delivery slot. I was on my way out when I met the delivery driver. Second, the instruction manual included didn't have an English version. Neither can really be laid at Tooled-Up's door, but it did make the experience less enjoyable. The manual was easily downloaded.”

“I ordered a leaf blower which arrived on time. It had a faulty trigger (not Tooled Up's fault). I requested a refund and needed to send a photo of the item and they arranged a carrier collection which meant leaving the item in the porch as it was 9-6 collection. I did not receive confirmation of the collection but have now been notified of a credit. Tooled Up did the right things but could have been a bit easier.”

“From the time of placing my order, service and delivery were very speedy. The only negative comment I would make is that the company does not have a policy of deducting VAT for those on the Channel Island of Guernsey. Amazon and other companies deduct VAT, so I would think Tooled-Up probably lose business on higher-end product orders from this Channel Island. If I remember some years ago, when ordering from Tooled-Up, VAT was deducted.”

“Company great product bosch not so good . Feeble . Not fit for purpose and ... impossible to register with mybosch web site . Over all . Never bother with Bosch. But tooled up ok !”

“Excellent service and best price to be found online. The equipment arrived on time and without damage or defect, but with one area for possible improvement. The tool I bought was a Bosch cordless hedge trimmer with optional twin larger batteries and a more powerful/larger charger. Bosch's box/packaging containing the tool is shaped and configured to conform largely to the shape of the tool, with internal partitions to hold only a smaller single battery and a smaller charger. The charger's slot had been used to take the second battery and the larger charger had been packed separately, all within the hedge trimmers box. Because of the shape of the box, the contents could only be accessed by withdrawing the tool from the larger end of the box, bringing with it the internal packaging, partitions and other contents, of which one of battery became dislodged from its packaging and fell, unprotected, approximately 1m onto a hard concrete floor, which is not the recommended treatment for expensive batteries. The battery appears to be undamaged and has since successfully taken and held a full charge. More thought and care over packaging would be helpful.”

“I ordered a Black & Decker 36v Strimmer with one battery and charger. On delivery, the battery and charger were missing from the box. The box had been damaged and the items removed. The damage was done after the shipping label had been put on the box as this was torn as well. Contacted Tooled Up Customer Services who sent out the missing items which arrived the next day. Very pleased with Customer Service response.”

“Tooled Up had a De Walt product that I struggled to get elsewhere and at a reasonable cost. Ordering was simple and I was kept regularly informed of its delivery schedule. It arrived exactly as advised and packing box was fairly beaten up ( might well not be Tooled Up's fault ) so I was a bit concerned about the contents. All ,however was fine and the tool works well. Good experience.”

“The Bosch strimmer is a replacement for a previous Bosch strimmer. We bought the Art 23-10 because we liked the fact that it was easy change blades & less of a problem for the environment, unlike our recent purchase which uses the more normal line fed plastic line which ends up in your garden. That said this new strimmer works so much better, more like a petrol type. I was able to trim a lot more area with the same battery charge. So despite how good it is I can only give four stars, this partly to do with the environment issue but mainly to do with the fact that it was delivered using Amazon delivering despite buying from a store to avoid Amazon.”

“We purchased Bosch multi-cutter blades, which were approx 25% more expensive than from other suppliers. However, they were in stock. Took a few days to be delivered, although in line with what they said at time of ordering. Overall good service and would use again.”

“Wolf Garten spade delivered the day after it was ordered. I would have preferred to collect it but the shop is not in contact with warehouse? Anyway have it and it is working splendidly. Wish I had bought it 20 years ago instead of making do with whatever was going cheap.”
