“The tool was great but when you pay nearly £8 for next day delivery and you don't get it till the end of the following day isn't good enough.they gave me a pound back other companies refund the postage but no you get a pound back the difference between standard delivery and next day apparently got admit made me laugh but the customer service well you could do better and I hope you claim my postage back 😉”

“The only place selling online the hozelock part I needed ( just a spray nozzle) so well done Tooled Up. The downside for me, unlike some competitors who have a network of trade counters, is that I couldn’t collect and the cost of delivery was nearly one third the total for a large letter sized/ weight package.”

“Very cheap price and quickly dispatched, sadly the Dewalt tough system 2.0 arrived damaged ( I know not very tough ) but this was down to DHL , if the item had been packed better this wouldn’t have happened, customer support was very quick to offer collection of the item but arranging collection wasn’t convenient for me so I will keep the damaged box as it’s only a connecting clip and I will pick one up .”

“Delivered on time. Quality is good with no obvious weaknesses. Gave only 4 stars because the head supplied does not work well sucking water from smooth floor tiles. I have purchased a wet floor tool for £11 which works very well (30 - 70mm universal).”

“Efficient service - one happy customer. However, the website appears to be aimed at companies, not ad-hoc customers. Annoying that I was forced to create an account in order to pay; there is no option to pay as a guest. For one small order I received no less than 8 emails - that was a bit excessive.”
