“Good website and delivery information but would have been 5 if I had received slightly fewer emails.”

“Ordered a Black and Decker strimmer. On the website the delivery was stated as up to 20 days. I then received an email saying that the strimmer would not arrive within the specified time, but would arrive 30 days later. Two days later I got an email saying the strimmer had been dispatched and it arrived 6 days after I ordered it, so a bit confusing, but good service overall.”

“The website was easy to navigate and I found the item I was looking for quite easily. The delivery options were a little bit of red herring - I chose standard delivery and the item was with me within 24hrs. I could have paid much more for express delivery but my package couldn't possibly have been with me more quickly.”

“Price of the products were good and just what I was looking for. Delivery Fast. So no complaints. They are competing with Screwfix and Toolstation so it would be nice if orders over a certain value were free delivery. That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars.”

“Very prompt service and delivery and doubtless the Bosch battery will perform as expected. However, the high charge for delivery to the Isle of Man is unjustified. Most couriers charge no more for delivery to the Isle of Man than to mainland UK, but some businesses have, nevertheless, got into the habit of imposing an unjustified surcharge.”

“competitive prices, good clear information about products on web site and always fast and reliable dispatch. Also no silly extra pointless packaging would give five stars but the volume of emails generated from an order!!! - just need one with a sales note/invoice and tracking number, not 9 emails +texts from tooled up and delivery company”

“Outstanding company, quick delivery, the hedge trimmer arrived in perfect condition. I have tried it and it works perfectly but ... it is very, very heavy! I told the company to leave it in the garage but the driver left it leaning against the front door, telling every passing thief that the house was empty.”

“Very pleased with the ordering process, keeping me fully informed at every stage until delivery. Very pleased with the Bosch hedge-cutter too. My only disappointment was that although at the point of ordering I was told the product would come with a free can of lubricant, the reality was that it didn't.”

“This was ordered for my son he has a small garden but it a bit overgrown he said the trimmer didn't work on the grass with the short wire so had to change it to the double length then it was ok.”

“Good product . Collects a lot of leaves and debris on my artificial grass . Easy to work and doesn’t hurt my back. Had to go over it twice to collect 99%. Only negative is some leaves fly out infront if the bushes . But I put a duct tape bumper guard on front am to stop this happening and works great now. Very happy with product will save a lot of time taking .”

“The tool was great but when you pay nearly £8 for next day delivery and you don't get it till the end of the following day isn't good enough.they gave me a pound back other companies refund the postage but no you get a pound back the difference between standard delivery and next day apparently got admit made me laugh but the customer service well you could do better and I hope you claim my postage back 😉”

“The only place selling online the hozelock part I needed ( just a spray nozzle) so well done Tooled Up. The downside for me, unlike some competitors who have a network of trade counters, is that I couldn’t collect and the cost of delivery was nearly one third the total for a large letter sized/ weight package.”
