“Found the item I wanted, at the best price I could find. Really quick delivery! Only problem was that I had deliberately chosen no case (too bulky, didn't want more plastic), but it came with a case. However, one email, and it was all sorted with a postage-paid label to send the case back. Very good service.”

“Ordered a Honda City mower. Good price. Thought I paid £1 extra for specific day delivery when I ordered. That didn't happen but didn't get charged the £1 either. No problem either way just odd. Delivery fine. Product seems good so far but only used it briefly so far. Would use Tooled-Up again.”

“I received excellent service from your customer services department who dealt with my address query in respect my post code which was generated by your automatic address system incorrectly ! I will certainly use your service again ! I was not impressed by Amazon shipping which failed to fo!low the delivery instructions and left the parcel with an unspecified neighbour even though I was working by my backdoor at the time the parcel was delivered !”
