“Communication exemplary. Unfortunately the item was damaged - perhaps due to insufficient padding and protection inside the cardboard box which was dented and broken at several points. Return procedure very efficient.”

“Excellent communication about the progress of my order and very quick delivery. Tiny amount of cosmetic damage from flimsy packaging but the use this tool was going to be put through made that irrelevant in this instance. Will certainly consider Tooled-up for future purchases.”

“The Long reach hedge trimmer arrived promptly, really quick delivery, and was as expected. I unpacked it and checked it was functional ( as it will only get used later ) The price was excellent, however, the delivery charge seemed a bit expensive ( £12.95) One other issue, that may or may not be a problem is - no guarantee form to register the purchase, so lets hope it does not go wrong.”

“Very rapid but somewhat confusing delivery - purchased directly from Tooled-up but delivered by Amazon without any prior indication from Tooled-up! Seen this delivery process several times before, but found it somewhat surprising in this case because Amazon doesn't itself list this sprayer kit without the charger & battery (which I already had). Also, the Amazon delivery driver dropped it on the outside doormat and immediately walked away before my wife had opened the door! Thus - being quite small herself - she had to call him back to lift it inside the house as she couldn't do that herself. NB: since there is no specific dialogue box for this: the outer packaging had suffered slight damage - a small partial hole in it - but the actual contents and its immediate packaging were undamaged. As for the sprayer itself, we've only had a quick play with it, filled just with plain water, to check that it appears to work correctly - which it does, and hasn't, so far, shown any sign of leakage. OTOH, looks like you have to be very careful when attaching the hose to the sprayer body, and then the spray head to the hose, because the twist & lock fittings don't look like they will withstand many connection/disconnection cycles before tending to leak!”

“Tooled-Up were very good at keeping me up to date with my order and item was delivered promptly. Am quite pleased with the Gardenia leaf collector as it works reasonably efficiently. It took me longer than expected to construct it due to the lack of precision engineering - most of the screw holes were roughly finished which made it very difficult to screw in the screws!! What should have taken me 15 minutes to put together actually took me over an hour because of this! Product could be improved in this respect.”

“The delivery could do with some improvement. I placed the order on Friday 2 September with the web site saying delivery on Monday 5. I new that I was not going to be in on Monday so I had the item delivered to my business. Then I received a text at 20.42 on Friday saying that it would be delivered on Sunday 4, that’s good all the business are shut. Saturday 3 at 11.36 I received another text saying that it was being delivered to day. Then at 12.23 another saying it had been delivered. That’s good because my business is closed so where the package. When I went to look for the package I found another business open and good enough to have taken it in for me. It would be nice if Tooled-up when ordering said who the courier was and when it would be arriving to make life easier. On the other hand the hedge cutter is great.”

“Generally easy to order from and delivery is quite quick. Usually seem to end up with twice as much paper work as necessary though :) Delivery costs seem relatively high”
