First order, strimmer no battery - item very good price, shown as in stock, when chased due to two weeks going by told out of stock. despite still showing on web page in stock and being sold on Amazon (more expensive) . Tooled Up cancelled my order - price on web page went up and marked out of stock. Second Oder due to first being cancelled , strimmer with battery - item agian good price, shown as in stock and on Amazon at a more expensive price. 3 weeks gone by still no item and no reply to my e-mails. Shocking service and poor scruples. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dont be fooled - check out Trust Pilot. This is a disgrace - dont go anywhere near this company - its a farce. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful online company. You'll be lucky to receive anything. Contact/returning or cancelling items is basically a nightmare.

Ordered on 16th May, still has not been dispatched, Contacted Tooled-Up customer service number, not taking calls! But quick to take our money! So emailed them, to get reply using Covid 19 ad an excuses, Disgraceful excuse, every other retailer dispatches in a timely manner, Do Not take peoples money if you can not forfill orders Simple. It is not rocket science to pick and pack orders keeping a 2 metre distance from colleagues on pick and pack department, Either dispatch my order today or refund me in the first instance m, failure to do so will result in me filing a charge back, and then leaving my honest shopping expereince on all social media outlets, this will cause Tooled-Up inconvenience as it has to me. Hi, although Tooled-Up are efficient at getting goods out, they do not deal with faults very well. They advise you to go back to the manufacturer when under the Consumer Rights Act, it is THEIR responsibility to put things right. At present, they are not responding to my subsequent emails.

On the 13th April my card was debited £25.90 we are now the 25th May, it took nearly 3 weeks to complete my transaction even though I asked to cancel and refund my money because I was sick of waiting, the goods eventually arrived and were faulty so returned purchase was picked up 6th May by DHL, their email said 12 - 14 days to process, still waiting for my refund of £25.90 No communication, no help and still no refund !!! There are loads of companies out there to use, I suggest you avoid this lot !!!

As a company during this pandemic all they have managed to do is get their cowardly staff to sit at home writing fake reviews to counteract the negative ones. If contemplating ordering from this company think again, not worth the hassle

They have been useless to correspond with over the last two months, the cowards ran and hid in their gardens whilst some us stayed at their jobs. Hope to hear of their demise in the coming months. Followed their procedures to cancel an item ordered in April, arrives today after much messaging. Well done lads you played a blinder during this pandemic, just look at your reviews. Tossers

I am most disappointed with the lack of response to my emails and no one seems to answer the phone. Tooled-Up has taken my money for the past 7 weeks for goods i have yet to receive and NO updates! Please do not use COVID to avoid giving updates. I shall not be using this Company again. If i do not get my product delivered in the next couple of days, i will cancel the order via my credit card. I have not cancelled this order, if you have evidence to the contrary please provide it. I have noticed that the item price has increased on your website and therefore presume that you don't want to sell at the price that was advertised when I placed my order. This order was placed on the 3rd of May and it's now the 21st.  After nearly 3 weeks of waiting , you tell me you've cancelled it!!! I await your response.,

I'm only giving this bunch of cowboys one star because I have to. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT purchase anything from these crooks. They'll quite happily take your money, but don't expect your item. The bank are now dealing with this. AVOID.

Still waiting for goods order placed 24/4 goods allocated on 7/5 still not despatched. Could have walked there and back in that time. Not answering emails and don’t take phone calls. Think they are using covid to their benifit

The online details state delivery with 24hrs, which would have been Tuesday, I was told via e-mail that there maybe a slight delay. I e-mailed Thursday for an update and to explain I had the following week booked off to do some DIY around the house and that I needed the gun for that work. Tooled-up prompltly cancelled the order, Which to me meant that at no point did they have the item in stock and had wasted my time. Why is the website not updated with the relevant information on stock levels and delays to shipping. it really is not that difficult.

Parasite on the covid-19 pandemic- disgusting!!! Misleading and dishonest trader! Showed items available/ on stock and hasn’t fulfilled the order for more than 4w. Delivered only after all shops were opened anyway... product scratched - disappointing!

i placed an orded and it was confirmed to me that delivery will be in few days. I havent received any reply for long time and now its saying delivery is predicted in august 2020 which is 3 more months from now, so i waited for 2 months and 3 more months to wait. Rediculous. Why you took the money if you were not able to fulfil the order. Avoid.

Like other recent reviewers, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It’s been 2 and half weeks since I ordered and items still haven’t even been despatched. Email responses from the sales team have not been particularly helpful and it was quite clear that they were fed up with me asking about my order - poor customer service. In the end I order elsewhere for cheaper, and this other company delivered within 2 days, so I cancelled my order with Tooled-Up. Coronavirus has been tough on all businesses, but after 8 weeks in lockdown, almost every other company has developed processes so that they can continue to deliver a service. Unfortunately it appears Tooled-Up have struggled with this.
