Ordered 2 items and whilst one was received promptly I am now told that the other one will not be dispatched until October! Are you having a laugh? Why did you take my order, and my money, if you haven't got what is actually the key item I need? I will not be using you again...

I haven't received my item as the DHL guy put it in my back garden and left the gate open and the parcel has been stolen. Absolutely ridiculous

Drill never arrived & refused money back. Absolutely fuming. I'll see how far I can take this. Trading Standards next.

i ordered an item then directly cancelled it after viewing the cancellation policy which states that any items that are in the picking stage cannot be cancelled which is fair enough but i had cancelled the order which was on a sunday within 1 hour.then to be told two days later that the order was on its way.i then replied by saying i had cancelled it immediately but no they said i could not because it was in the delivery process !!! money grabbers !!

Goods left at my front door where anyone could have taken them. Delivered 2 hrs before the 'delivery window' The courier stated I had signed for it, which I hadn't as I wasn't home! Emailed Tooled-Up - the person there called me , quoting that they have ongoing problems with their courier. Got the feeling they didn't care. Will not be using them again, as I can't depend on their delivery 100% to the end user.

Very bad experience. Goods ordered on 17 April. Monies taken from credit card on 1 May but no goods received. Cancellation and refund requested 5 May but still no response or refund. PH

Ordered from this company over two weeks ago - little to no communication from them. After several e-mails I asked for an up-date and got very little back. Asked again this morning and they have now cancelled my order. They are using the new/standard Covid response to provide a poor service... I would not recommend this company!

Initially this seemed a good company as the item was delivered very quickly, however 6 months later the item proved to be faulty and broke and this company refused to do anything about it. After 3 months of sending numerous emails which went vastly ignored, I have now received the faulty saw back in the post, this process has taken 3 months, I am disgusted with them. I now have to take this up with the manufacturer.

Nearly three weeks for my item to arrive and after thirteen days I contacted them and it hadn’t even been dispatched! Poor blanket email response. Genuinely unhappy with the service I received.

Awful company who should be avoided. They don't respond to emails and returns are impossible. I had to go through a stressful PayPal appeal who gave me my money back in full from these jokers. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Like many others I have had same problem. Ordered items that say in stock and after two weeks they still not been sent. I cancelled through online service as they not doing phone calls and like others no reply, have messaged these four times and purchased elsewhere. Now after 7 weeks they suddenly email me saying order being picked so messaged again saying do not pick oreder as cancelled. This week I find the order on doorstep and they took money via Paypal. They do not answer emails I replied to or online messages so you have no proof and Paypal say the parcel been delivered so nothing they can do. Worst company ever. Will never buy again. Be warned.

I seem to be having the same issue as a number of people. Ordered 1 item system said there was an error so reordered and then surprise surprise 2 emails confirming both orders. I Immediately cancelled one using their online cancellation form. 2 weeks later still no item or any contact from the company, you can’t phone them so I emailed only to be emailed back with “your items have been picked “ for both orders even though I had cancelled one. I emailed them to explain I’d cancelled one order on the day I placed the order, I received a standard reply within a few hours saying my order couldn’t be cancelled but I could send it back. I replied with I’ve already cancelled it almost 2 weeks ago so do not dispatch please, that was almost a week ago and I’m still waiting for a response. The following day I received 2 emails saying both items had been dispatched but almost a week down the line I’m still waiting for them to appear after having paid £3.95 for each delivery. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Echoing recent comments - appreciate the challenges of current times but order updates were non-existent. When order finally arrived I've been bombarded with requests to review but my query on the order (missing part with one item) has been ignored for two weeks and then I've been told to sort it myself with the manufacturer. Not impressive

I ordered a Greenworks 40v chainsaw from the Tooled-up website, which advertised the saw with having 20 metres per second chain speed and a digipro motor. It took quite a few weeks for the saw to arrive, but it did eventually. I checked the saw on arrival to find that the one supplied wasn’t a digipro and the chain speed was only 12 metres per second. Very disappointed. I emailed them and haven’t had a satisfactory response. As a result I have asked them to arrange collection as I want to return it for a refund, but they haven’t even acknowledged my email and their phones lines aren’t staffed. Very disappointed with the chainsaw and the service from Tooled-up.

ordered on the 23/4, no goods dispatched, keep on getting conflicting automated emails, i have started chargeback proceedings against this awful company, the latest email said that my order wouldn't be dispatched until september. Avoid this company and go to someone else.
