As others have reported here, The item sold was illustrated as 'In-Stock' but when I didn't receive the item within 7 days I called to find out that the item was due in from Bosch. So, not 'In Stock' at all. However, that was not the worst part. And I think it is safe to say that what I just experienced had to be the most rude and obnoxious experience I have ever had with an online merchant. As a disabled individual, it is difficult enough trying to place orders on a day-to-day basis without the greedy and abusive behaviour of companies who don't demonstrate any degree of care to their customer base. I was first emailed by the company to communicate with them by email which didn't make any sense. Then when I call I received abuse from one of the customer services staff who hijacked the call I was on with the first member of staff I was speaking with who was trying to resolve my issue. I then asked to speak to a Manager to resolve my issue and report the abuse but was met with even more exponentially abusive behaviour. A Manager who didn't even allow me to speak when I was trying to feedback my experience. He informed me that this was only a small order (inferring that I don't matter I guess) and ended up cancelling my order without instruction to do so and terminating my call without due or reasonable cause. It would appear that the poor customer service would extend here from the top down. I would advise anyone to not purchase from this company. If you encounter logistical issues It would seem that there would be no one there to assist you without some degree of abusive behaviour and/or lack of skill to resolve basic issues.

Terrible. Very unfair to buyers when the product fails to match up to the glossy description. Gave me the runaround and were less than helpful, instead were obstructive and caused me endless stress. I will never use again and suggest others don't! I daresay this review will not be printed because it tells the truth about your very poor customer service, but it is copied and pasted to put on Trustpilot and other sites, so that prospective buyers get to see it and make an informed choice as to whether to use your company or not.

Although your systems show the item I ordered last month was delivered (and why your system generated this customer satisfaction review), I am still waiting delivery from DHL. I requested the reason why a delivery charge of £13 was levied on 29 August, but, according to DHL Tracking, my order won’t be delivered until 8 September. It is excessive given the delay. I am still waiting a response.

Order placed in July 2020, subsequently received multiple notifications since that order cannot be fulfilled and further delayed. Latest email indicated end October but I don't have any confidence this will be delivered, so order cancelled.

My items arrived in a box that was very badly damaged. The box was crushed on all side on opening the box was only half full with my goods and only one sheet of brown paper inside to fill half the box Packing of the box was awful the box should have been made to fit the goods inside not left half empty. I would not recommend any one to but from you. This not the fist time I'm have received items form you in damaged boxes!!!! I am not at all happy.

Ordered a Bosh hedge trimmer Was sent the wrong battery charger. Sent all the appropriate reference numbers on charger and battery but this was not good enough for Tooled-up, they HAD to have pictures of the wrong items before they would do anything! They sent a flimsy polythene envelope with no packaging for the return of chunky electrical items. Poor communications to boot, blunt if not rude.

I ordered a product, good price, delivery times seemed quick. Once ordered, I received an e-mail stating it is now out of stock and that delivery will take 1.5 months. I e-mail to cancel the order and order a new one somewhere else. I get the saw from the other supplied within days. I try cancelling via e-mail 3 times during this period then 1.5 months later the saw from Tooled Up arrives and now they won't answer the phone or respond to e-mails.

Ordered two chrome Jerry cans for use and show car. They came grazed and battered with dints in the bottom, now the chrome paint may flake off. Got in touch to see if there is anything they could do and the answer is no. Very disappointing having no buyer security. Please get in touch if you could do anything to help me.

Wrong item turned up. They sent return labels which is good however it was all second class so took ages to get it, then they took there time to send my actual item. Plus they never gave me a delivery date. Wouldn’t mind if it was Royal Mail like they stated. But it was with another company so was a hassle getting it both times. I couldn’t pick it up for the local post office. Click and collect wasn’t an option

My order on your website did not go through at payment. Said there was an error so I reordered. At payment it said there was an error again. So I tried once more but the same thing happened. I gave up but then saw all the E-mail confirmations of all the orders I thought hadn't gone through. I tried to cancel the orders barely five minutes after my unsuccessful orders to be sent another E-mail to say too late order already processed. I'll neve use your website again. But you will be having everything sent back

It took two weeks after I ordered the strimmer,with no communication from tooled-up,and in the meantime,I had bought another strimmerfrom argos,that was delivered next day.When it did arrive, I sent it straight back,only to get an e-mail saying that the guard was missing of which I know nothing of,then when it was sent back to me,I I had to buy one from e-bay for £11.99p,plus no guarantee or manual in the box.To say I am disappointed is to put it mildly.Beware of buying from this firm.

just now-Edit AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Extremely slow delivery with ZERO communication given at any point in the order or delivery or return. Had to be chased up to do the return which took a week after the item was signed for! Again zero communication. Probably one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to use. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Others seem to have had the same issues and opinion!
