Like other recent reviewers, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It’s been 2 and half weeks since I ordered and items still haven’t even been despatched. Email responses from the sales team have not been particularly helpful and it was quite clear that they were fed up with me asking about my order - poor customer service. In the end I order elsewhere for cheaper, and this other company delivered within 2 days, so I cancelled my order with Tooled-Up.
Coronavirus has been tough on all businesses, but after 8 weeks in lockdown, almost every other company has developed processes so that they can continue to deliver a service. Unfortunately it appears Tooled-Up have struggled with this.
