“Firstly the price was comperetive, but from there not so good. Delivery took two day, the second day with the machine arriving 5.10pm, so the end of the day. Now we need a cold water coupling to the washwer, why doest it tell you clearly this is not included but can be purchassed under part numer!!!!. We ordered this on delivery being next working day, it didnt happen, there was another option with garanteed next working day delivery, if we had known our purchase would have gone there.”
