“Great service and fast delivery.”

“Arrived within 24 hours of order which was perfect. Used the tool that day and it is excellent. I was able to dig eight holes for footings to my decking within the afternoon so I am extremely pleased I read an earlier review left with some bemusement. The reviewer claimed that it bent easily upon first use and was useless. That was not my experience and I can only assume that the reviewer either had the strength of Hercules or heated the bar to above 900 degrees centigrade!”

“Ordered item. Long lead time for delivery date which then was repeatedly pushed back and pushed back several times. Called customer service to see if they could do anything or at least offer some compensation. Reply was they couldn’t guarantee the next proposed delivery would happen and if didn’t like it cancel the order!”
