“10 days after ordering and paying for an oscillating multitool it still hadn’t been delivered. I had to send two emails to chase this up due to receiving no correspondence to advise me of the reasons for the delay. I’m sure this is a reputable company but I won’t be buying anything else from them.”

“I have the 36 v Black and Decker garden strummer and hedge cutter I also recently bought a battery lawn mower which is great for small areas I then realised that a faulty battery wrecked my charger so I needed to replace both In the past I had received a battery which was completely dead and I could not not return it I was concerned that this could happen again They reassured me that I my battery was faulty I would know this once I put it the charger and to photograph or video it and they would collect it an either replace it or refund Fortunately it was fine so no problem They only have one shop which is in Enfield and I live in Wales I would normally go into a shop buy a product and if there is a problem take it back I could not find another shop that sells them. Well done Tooled Up”
