“The lack of communication from yourselves and your carriers DHL caused us to have to chase you up to find our goods to have been damaged in transit, no apology, no proactive engagement. We went elsewhere, prospective buyers think about going elsewhere.”

“Ok, tool arrived without battery so pretty useless. A shame because it puts the price up yet again. It obviously wasn't entirely obvious otherwise I would have bought it elsewhere or bought a different brand. So I can't actually review it, because I can't use it yet. I don't know yet if item is damaged.”

“Order went fine, tools arrived in good condition exactly as ordered. I would recommend you choose a different courier, DHL ecommerce is awful. They failed delivery one day then there was literally no way to reschedule. Fortunately they came the next day and I happened to be in.”
