“The product is very good and the recipient is very pleased with it. Only four stars as delivery was very slow but that may be the post office’s fault due to their way of dealing with tracked parcels first and this parcel was not a tracked parce”

“Good price good range quick delivery . A real person responded to my enquiry . Id use them again. The Bosch Universal brush was a disappointment it comes with only some of the cleaning pads. I wanted the melamine eraser pad for a tricky cleaning job. Thats another £10 for 3 plus pistage . I got some pads. Useless. They are not solid , more like soft sponge with some melamine cleaner added. They did not work . I bought some melamine magic erasers from DIY shop - the stained floated aeay and the erasers wore away - like they are supposed to. The Bosch pads are a rip off.”
