“Ordered 2 Bosch items, but for some reason 1 item arrived and I had to wait for the other one. I would have thought that Tooled-up would have saved a bit of postage and packing if they had sent them both together. The 1st item was a box of staples that had come out of their box, so packing a little inadequate there, so wasn't actually damaged. Not sure how long the delivery actually took, so I have left that out of this review. Hence only 4 stars. PS previous deliveries of other items were all O.K.”

“I was inpressed with the speed my prunning saw was delivered which enabled me to get on with pruning my plum tree without delay. As an 80 year old I needed a saw that was easy to use and in no time I was able to cut through 2 inch branches without any problem.”
