I ordered a new black and decker drill I already have a battery from my other drill it arrived plugged my battery in and nothing plugged it in my old drill it's fine the new drill doesn't work tooled up found it hard to believe telling me to post it back but when they hook up a battery and it works I will have to pay to get the drill back ect and I wouldn't get a refund... this is crazy to say I paided for a drill that dosnt work out the box I will post it over the weekend I ordered the drill because I needed to use it now am still waiting until late next weekend at least ...

I don't have a clue what's going on. Have emailed and sent message via Facebook. No response seen so far. Placed order last week and although it said same day despatch I don't have any update to say if/when it is being sent. The order tracking has no details on it. The order details I received had the VAT amount listed but no VAT number.

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that your order was dispatched as scheduled on 29/08/2019 this was the same day as your order. Please note same day dispatch is not the same as same-day delivery. This was shipped on a 2-day pallet delivery service and should have been with you by now. If your order has not arrive please call our customer services team and they will be able to further assist. I paid extra for a Monday delivery and it arrived late on a Wednesday. I was told I would be given a 1 hour slot but it just arrived, luckily someone was home.

Ive already written a review. Very unimpressed with the young man I spoke to, when id been told none was in, while I’d been editing in. Less impressed when I was told he’d been to a house 4 miles away. Having waited in from 9am, the Deliveey finally took place at 17.00 to a neighbouring house. Fortunately I chars him gown the road before he made his escape. Wouldn’t use you again

Beware of this company. Ordered a £100 electric tool, received the parcel but they had already opened the box, breaking the seal on the "new" item. Contacted customer support, but they were just as bad. Will never use this company again, and will advise others not to go near it.

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that we advised that the manufacturer's box was opened in order to add the extra items on your order. This not only ensured that your whole order was delivered together but meant we did not need to charge you any more postage for the other items on your order. Bad idea to send the review email before my items have even arrived, sending my orders in dribs and drabs when they come in stock. Wish I had bought elsewhere.

still not received my order,no contact from yourselves meaning the hour slot. You said -you will receive your order on the 5th of august -NOTHING after waiting in all day. but the main problem is lack of contact from the delivery people and yourselves

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. I have looked into your order and I can see that we sent you an email confirming dispatch and eBay would have informed you of the tracking information on your order once the order left us on 02/08/2019. The carrier attempted delivery the next working day (Monday) however as no one was available to sign for the goods they left a card. The carrier has now confirmed that your order has been delivered as of 06/08/2019 and was signed for by yourself at 12:10. If this is not the case, please contact our customer services team. I still have not received the item that I ordered. DHL have contacted me saying that part of the address is missing, ( who,s fault is that?) I have contacted you by phone but I have not heard any more.

Ordered a tool on due for delivery Wednesday, didn’t come sent a message no return. Didn’t come Thursday sent another message didn’t hear back yet again. Didn’t come Friday didn’t hear anything till Friday afternoon saying It will be back in stock in about 10 days despite me saying I needed it for Monday. So cancelled my order and brought it elsewhere after being massively let down.

Ordered a Bosch Rotak 43 Li lawn mower on Saturday 22nd June before 12 o'clock for delivery the following Monday, for which I paid an additional £1. Waited in all day Monday but no delivery. Phoned your office at 17.15 but phone on ansaphone. Left message asking for call back. No call back. Tuesday - item delivered, but too late to assemble. Wednesday - spent hours assembling, after which lawnmower would not work. Phoned Bosch who said it was faulty and said it had to be returned to supplier. Phoned Tooled-up and technician went through many procedures with us on the phone to ensure that it was not working. Agreed to collect Thursday. Thursday - courier arrived to collect but would not take it as it was not in a sealed box. Phoned Tooled-up who told us that it would have to be repacked but it would be acceptable with handles sticking out if wrapped. This we did. Friday morning - phoned Tooled-up who told us that courier had called at 10.01. Somebody has been in all day but the door bell was not rung. Courier had reported that he still could not take parcel as it was still not packed well enough. How could he know this without the door being answered? Tooled-up phoned Bosch who explained how the handles could be detached. Unpacked parcel to detach handles and repack yet again. This is all taking hours. Courier called at 15.00 to collect parcel but he had no replacement on his van. It is my consumer right to have an immediate replacement for faulty goods. Phoned Tooled-up who told me that a replacement would not be issued until the returned item was inspected and found to be faulty which meant that it would not be inspected until Monday and then a replacement would not reach me until Tuesday. Bosch and your technician had already confirmed it was faulty. I imagine you are aware that you are flouting the law. I will be posting this review on line.

Thank you for contacting our customer services team. I am sorry to hear that our order did not arrive as scheduled unfortunately this was due to a delay with the carrier, I can see that your order was delivered the following day. I can confirm that we do not have an answering machine that allows for a message to be left and am unsure how you would have left a message. I can see that when the carrier came to collect the goods they were not packaged suitably for transit. Once the goods were finally safe a suitable for transit the carrier managed to collect the goods. They arrived back with us for inspection. I can confirm that for items of this nature, they need to be inspected before a replacement or refund is issued as the type of fault you were experiencing could be caused by a wide range user setup errors and there is only so much troubleshooting can resolve. Once inspected a full refund was issued as requested by yourself. We apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this matter however your return was processed as quickly as possible considering the issues surrounding collection. Kind Regards Tooled-Up

Extremely disappointed as offered next day delivery at check out but this was not able to be provided despite paying the next day delivery fee. Had to cancel order as this company unable to meet their commitment

Terrible service, product came in damaged packing and damaged goods inside. Would not process a refund as they now say the goods was “used”. Provided evidence to show this was not the case but still being combative. Now having to get trading standards involved and potentially take to court, generally over the principal! Woeful service, don’t go anywhere near this company, just in case there is an issue!

The parcel was supposed to arrive yesterday but did not. It was supposed to arrive today, according to the tracking system yesterday. The tracking system now says that the parcel is still at the depot, so I do not know whether I need to stay in and I do not know when it will be delivered.
