No communication received regarding the status of my order placed over 10 days ago. Was supposed to receive delivery 5 days after the order. Absolutely no response to my email enquiry in an attempt to try and track the delivery. Pure frustration in dealing with Tooled-Up, do not recommend. Aware of issues currently facing the country but some form of communication and response would have been appreciated. Cancelled my order in the end. Will not be using the services of Tooled-Up again.

I fully understand that the Coronavirus has hampered delivery of recent order, but I ordered 3 weeks ago and have had no correspondence to when or where my order is. Additionally, when I go to my Tool up account, there is no record of my order and have already been charged for the items.

Order placed on 12/04 with 5 day delivery. Today we have 24/05 and no sign of goods. Contact by email with sales and just receive automatic replay about Corona and delays. Not sure if my order was even processed. Disappointed!

Order placed nearly three weeks ago and still not dispatched. Item showing as in stock in website.... emailed and called but no response from either. Avoid and go elsewhere....

I would give zero stars if I could. Took 3 weeks to deliver, not my biggest issue with this company due to the current situation. But there communication is terrible and when you do eventually get a response it is rude and the opposite of helpful. When my order arrived damaged and an item is missing, tooled-up have taken a week to reply and then it is an automated reply saying I need to organise a return. How about you send me the item I paid for and apologise for the service!!

My mum Ordered 2 x easy glide flymo lawnmowers on 30/03 one for herself and one for me, with an estimated dispatch date of 5 working days, 1 lawnmower was delivered within the expected time, but we have since tried to make contact regarding the 2nd lawnmower but despite several emails and phonecalls we have had no response, to add the money for BOTH has been taken. I appreciate during this period orders may take longer than expected, that is not my issue, my issue is the lack of response.we have also been in contact with DHL who delivered the lawnmower and they have advised only 1 was sent to them for delivery. I will be leaving a daily review until i have had a reaponse.

Terrible customer services. No reply to multiple emails, no information on order status. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my delivery. I have tried to cancel my order but this is being ignored. You try to support smaller companies and take the monopoly away from amazon, and all you get are cowboys and greedy, incompetent businessmen. Steer clear of this company!!! POOR SHODDY TERRIBLE POOR.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My order is 5 days late so far and Tooled up will not provide order status. The item was in stock when I ordered. The lack of information is unacceptable. I will not use this supplier again.

If you are so busy with orders, and cannot answer your phones for weeks, and give your customer no communication whatsoever, THEN STOP TAKING ORDERS. I will never order from you ever again. You are taking orders, but offering no service at all. This way of doing business absolutely stinks.

Disappointing service. Paid extra for named-day delivery, never received the item on the day specified. When I asked why not, they said they had had too many orders, but didn't offer to refund the extra paid for the named-day delivery. 3 extra days later, order had still not arrived, nor been marked as dispatched, so had to be cancelled entirely. Went elsewhere instead. They didn't care at all. Avoid.

Extremely disappointing! Ordered and told I would receive my chainsaw in 5 days on Friday. No delivery. On Saturday received the chainsaw oil no chainsaw. Not received any communication to say there was any issue with delivery. Not heard from Tooled-Up. Poor customer service. I am left now having to chase them.

I placed an order with these rather hastily when my lawnmower appeared to be broken. After a little bit of help we got it working again and so the same day I emailed asking to cancel the order. We heard nothing, then suddenly 12 days later the money had gone out of my account and they sent it! They completely ignored any correspondence I had sent and clearly make it difficult to resolve these kinds of issues. I am now no doubt going to have a lot of trouble sending the equipment back. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

the reason why I am giving this a poor review I have still not received the package which was order on 9th April and waited indoor on the 14th April even phoned DHL lefted on hold for fifteen minutes, I will not ordering again.

The cheek to ask for a good review (presumably by automated email as a human would hopefully have checked), so far they have taken my money more than a fortnight ago now, but as yet have still not sent the goods or responded to three requests for information on their webchat links, all well over a week old.

Having ordered online I emailed to cancel within half an hour. I received a return email asking me to confirm cancellation. I did so but the goods were still despatched to me. Having returned the items (which were delivered back to Tooled-Up on the 2nd of April) I still haven't been refunded. Incompetent.

Ordered a week ago. No delivery and no communication at all from the company. Unable to get a response. Understand the current challenges but shouldn’t be taking people’s orders and money if unable to fulfill
