Very bad customer service, promised to deliver next day was totally ignored, no one reply back to your email unless you contact via phone. On top, the package went somewhere else and customer services saying as it is now unwanted item, you will paid back in full minus postage, which was totally and utterly unaffected. Be aware of them, better prices are available from other retailers. Thanks

I bought a Black and Decker GW2500 LEAF blower,and on receipt I found that the refuse bag was absent,i contacted the department that deal with problems who advised me to return the item.i have had an email advising the weight is different to the weight when sent to me,this I cannot disagree with but 2 weeks later I have had no feedback.

Delivery didn't arrive when it was supposed to having paid for it to arrive on time. Rang customer service to find out where my item was and was told they would chase it up and get back to me. Nobody has got back to me and am still awaiting my item..not impressed especially as a new customer

Stay with Amazon. This is the first time I've used Tooled-Up. I ordered a tool for delivery last week, which in accordance with the guidance on the site should have been delivered on Thu or Fri last week. The tool is yet to be delivered. Tooled-Up have used DHL to deliver and DHL's system has allegedly failed on this occasion. The tool is now due to be delivered tomorrow, not sure where, either a local 'Parcel Shop' or to my home address, email says one thing, website says another. Either way, I haven't been able to use the tool this weekend as hoped for. My experience of Amazon's delivery system is better than Tooled-Up's.

I have investigated the order and can see that you reported that your order had not arrived, upon investigation, we determined that your order was lost in transit and we issued a replacement straight away. We apologie if you feel our actions in this matter were too slow, however, we must ensure all investigations are complete before we are able to issue replacements just encase our chosen delivery partners manage to locate and deliver the original goods. On the 1st Jan I looked at an item to get for my son but found it cheaper on another site. The item arrived and I gave it to my son. On the 24th Jan I received an email from tooled up with an invoice attached. I emailed tooled up saying I hadn't bought this item, hadn't received it nor paid for it. The next day the item arrived and the payment went out of my bank. I went on the website and the item is still in my basket!! Communications' with Tooled up dried up. I have returned the item today and will be disappointed if I have to pay P&P.

I have looked into your order and I can confirm that your order was placed on 01/01/2019 and all card security including 3dsecure was completed, following this a confirmation email confirming your order was emailed to the provided email address. However, as advised when you placed the order on 01/01/2019 the goods were out of stock. Once they arrived, our system automatically charged and shipped the goods as per your order. I placed an order on Friday morning and I received it mid morning on Saturday that’s what I call service. This is the first time I have used this company and on my findings so far I would recommend this company to anyone.

Utter rubbish. I ordered an item from TooledUp.com's website. I payed with PayPal. Great. . . 6 days later - nothing. Check my bank. Payment still pending? I phoned TooledUp - they say "order's on hold because PayPal won't release the money, geezer." Strange, that's not happened before in 100s of transactions. I phone PayPal who told me that TooledUp were lying, and that in fact, they had refused to accept the payment within the required 72 hours. They simply don't have stock they say they do . . . And don't have the courtesy to tell you. Liars. 'Customer service' were completely disinterested and the guy sounded like he was eating a bowl of cornflakes? They asked me if I wanted to order again by card over the phone. . . . Not a chance would I trust these timewasters again. Look forward to hearing the creative, but lame, excuse from TooledUp below this review. Jokers.

Ordered two long reach pruners paid £25 for delivery got email to say Thursday delivery never showed got package on Friday only 1 item no email no reply no info when I will get my second item shocking service so far.

Item never turned up, despite emails and texts from both DHL and tooled up. I explained needed the item urgently and when first requested a refund, was told would need to wait until 8pm that day to see if the item turned up, yet neither DHL or Tooled up could confirm where the item was. Very poor service, just hope the refund process is easier to resolve.

Ordered a DeWalt circular saw. When it arrived it appeared that someone else had already tried to remove the clamping screw that allows the saw blade to be put on, by turning it in the wrong direction and tightening it to a point where we were unable to unlock it, without risking causing damage to it. As we could not unlock the clamping screw we returned the saw. Customer service than intimated that we had been trying to unlock the clamping screw in the wrong direction; we use these saws weekly and have probably changed the blades around 50 times, so we know which way the nut unlocks! Tooled-Up now want us to pay another delivery charge to get the saw back to us. Getting on for the worst customer service we have ever experienced, and believe me, being a B.* customer, we know what bad service is. Will switch our business over to Screwfix now.

Thank you for your feedback. we are sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. Upon investigation, we can see that you returned goods without prior authorisation, further to this in your letter, you stated that the hex key was not supplied and you had to go and purchase a hex key for the machine to undo the nut. However, this was attached to the handle as shown in the user manual and was still in place on the machine when the goods were inspected by our returns team. Further to this upon inspection, our returns team was able to unscrew the locking screw using the attached hex key with no issue. Due to this, they advised that the goods were not faulty and any issue could only be due to user error. Following this you instructed us to repair or replace the goods, however, as there is no fault with the item there is nothing to repair. I can confirm that as per our last email to you, we have offered to send the saw back to you at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill. Ordered hose next day delivery never arrived courier went to wrong adress shelduled for next day between 1500-1600 then was changed to following day not impressed got a refund less postage WHAT the item was never delivered ehy should i pay £7.50 for simething that wa couriers fault will not use again distgusting service
