Bought a Bosch 18v circular saw from them and the saw i received was a different saw to what was advertised in the pictures and the description said it would fit on the bosch guide rail and other but it didn't do I contact them about it but was no use I've attached photos

I have not received my order as of now. no problem there its not urgent but when I try to track my order they tell me I don't have any order with them and fail to reply to the messages I have sent to them.maybe I should wait to receive my order before saying I wont be dealing with them again but I guess you can read between the lines.thanks.

This is a company profiteering out of a humanitarian crisis. There should be serious financial consequences for putting up prices of masks in the current situation. £20 for a mask that should be £4 pounds is unforgiveable.

Ordered a water butt pump. When it arrived i noticed the package seal was broken.When opened the pump had a float switch bracket missing.Thinking this may of been a returned item , i plugged it in and guess what is was completely dead . This has been sent back, awaiting a refund or another pump and a phone call or Email would be nice.

This was returned, it was missing the clip, however, this was found to be in full working order. We fully refunded you as we couldn't source a replacement for you.

Dispatch packing of telescopic pruner very poor - cutting head protruded from cardboard tube, was poorly protected and so manufacturer's hard plastic cover of cutting head smashed - presumably by DHL. Also tube sealing at other end of tube almost broken through

Disappointed, bought 4 x Kincrome Evolve 5 Drawer XL Tool Roller Cabinet Blue for 259.95 each click and collect. When I collected the roller cabinets they were displayed on sale at £249 but the cashier refused to sell them to me at the sale price. Invoice No SIN0209562.

I have looked into this and can see that this was dispatched on the 31.01.20, unfortunately it would appear this was misrouted by the courier and took a couple of days for them to rectify. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

First time I used the adjustable wrench with the pipe grip it jammed up with finger pressure only, it does not come down to 10 mm as it states, had to use a vice grip to turn the worm back and it still seizes up even when being extra careful. When something as simple as this happens you loose faith in the product rapidly. There is something wrong with the worm screw on the product that I received and you cannot remove the worm screw as it is punched in at the end of the thread where you would normally expect to find a release screw. I originally bought the product for its adaptability, but I am very disappointed with it. Verdict - Don`t buy it. It will let you down more times than it will help you out.

Unreliable the item was purposed to arrive on time i was wanting the item before i went on holiday there van broke down ok that's fine bring it the next day but nothing?? i left messages but they didn't reply to most of my messages!!! i asked that the item be sent to my local pickup point, it was never sent there?? i asked for the item NOT to be left with a neighbour it was still left with a neighbour in spite of me asking for the item NOT to be left with a neighbour, as the item could be stolen?? the item was still delivered to a neighbour 5 days late and after i had gone away!!!! and there was nothing i could do about it until i got back, completely useless i will never use them again or ever recommend them to anyone

Very disappointed that they would not honour a purchase that included an attachment hose having removed the offer 12 hours earlier, unbeknown to myself. Clearly not interested in fostering good customer relations.

I know what I ordered , and when it arrived the wrong size I questioned this. I really did not appreciate being told " our listing says it's this '. Well it wasnt , whichever of us got it wrong you're attitude to customer service stinks.

The product I received - a cordless drill, works fine and as expected. I thank the retail gods for this because the idea of having to return something to this company would be a nightmare. I doubt I have dealt with a company that cares so little once they have fulfilled what they believe to be their end of the deal. The order I placed was done so before the "dispatch the same day" deadline on a Friday, website then confirms based upon the method of delivery it should have been delivered the following day. It was subsequently dispatched the following Wednesday, then through a series of events (none of which have actually been explained or apologised for) the item was delivered the following Thursday, an overall 13 day turnaround. Tooled-up believe that their obligation towards their customer ends at the point the delivery company, chosen by them to work on their behalf, takes hold of your package. Even prior to this they will treat you with contempt and process everything at their own speed regardless of whatever colourful promises they advertise during the purchasing process. This is my first and last experience with them.

I have looked into this and it would appear delivery to local parcel shop was selected by yourself, unfortunately, your local parcel shop was unable to accept the package, there were then 5 failed attempts to deliver the package to your address at which point was then rearranged to be delivered to your local sorting office. There are notes regarding our correspondence with DHL on their website in our attempt to get you your package to you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! DO not use!! Very bad customer services, non informative, website does not work as it should & you get emailed back regarding your enquiries from someone who doesn't even work at the company! DO NOT use your card - DO NOT trust!

Despite the description of the item I purchased being accurate (to a point) in what it did say, it was careful to omit to point out that it was a discontinued line, no longer supported by the manufacturer or it's spare parts supplier. It has become a minefield puchasing online, primarily because of appalling companies that continually try to 'get one past' the consumer. Tooled-Up appears to be yet another of those companies.

Ref. Order No. WB 00050188 First of all your staff didn't appear to know that Dublin is in the Rep.of Ireland (a different country) Tried to order by phone to be told by sales person that he was not able to put order through - he asked me to order on line- Ordered on line 24th Sept advised by DHL the following day I would receive order within 48 hours which should have been Thursday at latest - phoned your sales office at 3.05p.m today Friday regarding my order - I was told they would get onto DHL and they would phone me back shortly - no return call or email - awaiting responce - this is my first order with you and Im not impressed !!!!!!

My Jack and axle stands arrived quickly, but the packaging was damaged, security seal opened, interior items had been unpacked so were all scratches. Also the paperwork was ripped apart, contacted them by phone and got emails but didn't sort out the problem. Send it back they said, no offer of postage for such a bulky item, no offer of exchange until they received my damaged item. Funny how my emails stopped when I suggested a small refund for my troubles, not buying or suggesting them to anyone. thanks for nothing guys
