Very poor aftersales. They delivered correctly, but used the wrong address on the invoice. They refuse to correct the invoice, insisting that "it's not possible" !! More like; they cannot be bothered to correct it ! (or learn how to correct it, it's not that hard) Will not use them again.

Box left by unsecured area in the pouring rain. Box absolutely soaked lucky it wasn’t stolen! Really bad delivery service!

Very disappointed. Because of their website's mixed up 2 different product's numbers course me to receive wrong product. The customer service manager didn't want to accept their company's fault. Ask me to pay delivery & return cost. This company does not want improve their customer satisfaction at all. I'm waiting their managing director Mr Jason Chance to solve this problem.

What I ordered arrived with missing parts and when finally assembled was defective and had to be returned for a refund. Customer Service was not at all helpful.

BE AWARE their product informations before placing your order. TOOLED-UP's web-site's product title & product may not match. I was very impressed their prompt service until I realized that was wrong product. Very disappointed telephone conversation just now with Mr Phillip Hutchins as customer service manager. Clearly TOOLED-UP web site mixed up two different products numbers, UP82(old model) & UPX82(newer) model. I wanted buy a older model because I have a part for that. TOOLED-UP web site's product title is in BOLD CAPITAL said UP82 that why I did ordered. Unfortunately newer model TOOLED-UP sended was not compatible with older model's part. So I ask to TOOLED -UP to exchange to my original order but Mr Hutchins said older model no longer available that why they send it newer one. That case no use for me, I did ask TOOLS-UP to collect the product. But Mr Hutchins said I have to organize & have to pay the cost. Mr Hutchins's explanation was because of TOOLED-UP's product description said in small letters UPX80(newer model) instead of UP80(older), therefore I made wrong order! How internet business works if their web site is mix up like this? Off course I should read description more carefully, But No apology even one word from Mr Hutchins at all. I did feel he didn't commit himself his company coursed this problem. Totally waste of my time & money but I strongly feel I must worn other customer.

The member of staff was unhelpful and refused to contact couriers, to pick up the return of the mower, as advised by them, so I had to pay a courier myself. The item was unwanted due to misleading information, which made it seem reasonably priced. Only on receipt I realised I would have to spend at least another £100 on a battery and charger. The box the mower arrived in was damaged, after the removal of the battery to send 'naked' goods. Can't imagine why people should like to purchase items 'naked' and then pay more in extras. It seems an unethical way of exploiting the customer.

It’s the worst company that I ever purchased an item. They even don’t know if they have items in stock. Their system is not updated or neglected. I purchased the item and now they say sorry item is not available. They refunded very quick though.

Do not buy from this company. They took my money immediately, product took 6 weeks to arrive. Would not work. I called and guess what ? Other purchasers had called to say they couldn’t work it either !! So it isn’t just me. I call again after following advise. Still doesn’t work. They tell me to return it. Takes them 2 weeks and another reminder for the returns note because apparently you need their permission to return shoddy goods. I return it at my expense and guess what ? It works and because I couldn’t repack it in the box I won’t be getting a refund. Absolutely appalling rip off merchants.

It doesn’t work, you won’t replace it without me buying another or if I send it back. That would entail disconnecting my koi pool from fresh water as I have cut water service pipe to fit unit. I have got someone coming to see if he can make it work. Rubbish salesman answered my telephone call.

Ordered a lawnmower, says item dispatched and will be delivered in 24hr. 3 days later, no item. Checked the tracking number on DHL, they have no record of the tracking number. Now going through eBay to resolve the issue.

Their web site says "Order before 4pm for next day delivery". Utter BS I ordered before 4pm, all items were in stock, 48 hours later, oh look an "items have been dispatched email" Won't use them again.

Went on the website to order. Gave me the option of delivery the next day for extra. It showed as Saturday 30th March for an extra £4.95 from memory. Took this option, did not arrive. Emailed company asking for refund of additional payment. They (philip) wrote short reply that it was next working day. That is not how it appeared on their website. Little thing but won't be spending money with them again.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered two small tins of paint. Parcel arrived via Royal Mail the parcel had been repacked by Royal Mail only to contain two empty tins two tins of paint sent via post packed in a plastic bag ?? Post office returned the parcel to Tooled-Up who say they have never received it. I have never received any replacement. Ebay have refunded the costs. Dont use this company I never will.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the frustration caused by this matter. I have looked into your order and I can confirm that due to refusing the parcel with royal mail, it took them until 11/03/2019 to return the goods to us, at which point we issued a refund. I can confirm that if you had accepted the parcel and sent a photo showing the condition in which they had delivered the goods we would have been able to issue a replacement or refund straight away.
