“Arrived earlier than expected really nice shift, I ordered medium but it's actually a little larger than medium with it being German I may of got away with a small.”

“T-U is generally a fruitful source of powerd tools, often at slightly discounted prices, but it seems to have poor stock control in some areas. If a product is in stock, then it wil arrive qucikly, but otherwise it may prove a long wait. Better pre-order delay warning is really needed. Long waiting times for certain products seem to be sprung upon the customer with minimal notice (often just an anonymous auto-message with the new anticipated delievery date in miniscule-sized typeface!) and no compensation offered for potential inconvenience and/or loss on delayed but fully-paid-up-in-advance order fulfillment. It would also be better if a proper protective outer covering was applied to product boxes during transit. Relying on using the maker's own cosmetic package risks damage to it, when in many cases the customer would like to store the product in its original undamaged carton.”

“I ordered a spare bettery for my Blak & Decker strimmer and the first one which arrived would not hold its charge. I spoke to Chloe, who could not have been more helpful and within an hour had emailed me to say they would replace the faulty battery free of charge - the new one arrived iwthin three days, superb sevice throughuot and I would definitely recommend Tooled-Up to anyone. Thank you you for being a stand out company.”
