“**⭐ Poor Delivery Experience – Misleading Next-Day Promise!** I placed an order for **drip-feeding Gardena products** after **confirming with customer service** that the items were in stock and could be delivered the **next business day**. To ensure fast delivery, I even paid an extra **£8 for expedited shipping**. Despite these assurances, my order arrived **a full week later**—completely defeating the purpose. I needed these products **before leaving for my summer home**, and now I’m stuck here without them. **What’s unacceptable:** - **False next-day delivery assurance** despite taking extra payment. - **No proactive communication** about delays. - **Wasted time and money** due to poor logistics. If you advertise fast shipping, you should **honor it or at least inform customers of delays**. Right now, I’m left frustrated and disappointed.”
