“Top quality Bulldog Premier border spade and pruning shears. The items arrived well packaged and the day after ordering, several days earlier than the estimated delivery time. Very happy with the tools and the service. Highly recommend.”

“What can I say , not great service. Ordered my item on 27th February stating that it was in stock , Ordered item ,heard nothing for a week , rang to confirm order because no tracking was available. Told it wasn't in stock for another week . Two weeks went by rang again, saying it was being posted that afternoon. DHL had my parcel , lost my parcel ,found it again saying delivery is Thursday, nothing came , nothing came on friday . Eventually delivered on Saturday , 16 days from order. Absolute nightmare. Never again”

“My purchase was a Bosch battery operated garden tool. The fact that the battery and or charger can be removed at checkout, if not needed, was very helpful. The delivery was prompt. I was kept up to date with progress. I certainly recommend.”

“Einhell garden multitool, one part was not functioning correctly. Customer service answered the phone, gave details, and then once tech was (efficiently) involved a replacement part arrived within 1 week. Great after-sales service. have also used previously without any issues.”
