“Very pleased with the price and speed of delivery. If I had to criticise (slightly) when I opened the parcel there was a sticker saying "no batteries included". I began to get a little annoyed then discovered the bottom of the box had been opened and the batteries secreted inside!”

“Terrible service. Site promotes most items next day delivery. Have waited 2 weeks and not received goods or notification to be told the item would not be available for at least another week! Why didn't they advise when or after I ordered.”

“After a hesitant start when Tooled~Up admitted the item was not in stock and my delivery would be delayed, the product turned up and delivery was made within the original schedule. Communications were good and so was the price. I have never used Tooled~Up before but they strike me as an honest, efficient online retailer.”

“The soft roof bars arrived in good condition and good time. These bars are exceptionally versatile, lightweight and easily stowed in the boot. I fixed non slip rubber matting using duck tape round the straps on the base of the bars which stopped the bars from sliding about on the roof.”
