“Very quick service and competitive pricing. I ordered an Einhell GE-CT 18/33 Li E 18v Cordless Grass Trimmer and it arrived next working day (ordered bank holiday Monday and arrived Wednesday). The batteries and charger were inserted into the original Einhell Trimmer box within their original boxes, and the Trimmer box was sealed with plastic parcel strapping. No issues with the Grass Trimmer so far and no missing parts either. Had no problems registering the warranty with Einhell. My order was delivered via DHL. The only issue I had was that the tracking links on the website didn't work but the emails from DHL did.”

“servise was first class and price was good tooled up i would reccomend to anyone but i am afraid bosch was a discrace they have turned into penny pinching skinflints 1 blade had to wait till i bought more to do the work i wanted bosch did a 3.5 inch anglegrinder the gearbox was noisey after a week sent it back to them and they packed it with grease and sent it back to me it was the same within a week and didnt last very long it was not purchased from tooled up and again they a are first class firm imust say”

“When I ordered my purchase I requested that it wasn’t delivered on the proposed date but the day after or onwards. The following morning I sent another email saying the same as I hadn’t received any reply. I was asked for an order number so assumed all done. I did receive annoyingly over a dozen emails telling me the various stages of the order, and surprise surprise the order arrived on the day I said I didn’t want it. I contacted yourselves after the delivery to be told that I should have cancelled my order and re do it if I wanted a different day for delivery. I wasn’t given that option on the previous correspondence.Its all very simple but you couldn’t do it. Very disappointed”

“The bosch bushcutter arrived on time and in perfect condition. It has already made easy work on a seriously overgrown area. So 10 out of 10 for that. The instructions could be loads clearer for the assembly of the bushcutter.”
